# Business Lounge — Oakville

Full electrical fit-out for a luxury private-office rental space — new service, full lighting design across lounge, pods, and amenity areas, plus power & data to every workstation.

Scope of work

## What we did.

- New service & dedicated panel for the suite
- Whole-space lighting design (track, recessed, linear feature)
- Brass linear sconces on the slatted feature walls
- Power & data to every private office pod
- Lounge AV — TV feed, dedicated circuits, dimming control
- Locker bank power for member day-use
- ESA permit & sign-off

Entry corridor — track lighting, locker-bank power along the right wall, scene control at the entry. Private office pods — power and data feeds in each, brass linear sconces between fluted panels. Feature wall detail — single brass linear sconce on the slatted backdrop, switched scene from the door. Phone-booth nook — task lighting over the desk, dedicated circuit for fridge and accessories below.
